We’re Partnering with St. Bonaventure to Track and Reduce Waste!

Hey, we’re Albi!

We work with dining operations teams at universities to collect food waste data, which is then used to create educational content to teach you about the impact of your food waste!

We’re excited to be working with St. Bonaventure University to fight food waste!

Through this process, we’ve seen some pretty awesome results.

At one of our partner schools, we’ve seen as much as a 20% reduction in the weight of food waste over the course of a year!
