Hey, it’s Albi!

We’ve partnered with the St. Bonaventure dining operations team to collect post-consumer waste data to help us understand waste trends. Using this data, we create engaging educational content, that highlights the impacts of our waste habits — empowering you to make smart food choices!

We’re fortunate enough to work with many different schools in the Northeast, and we wanted to share a little bit about what we’ve seen so far.

Food waste is a major environmental challenge around the world, but it’s surprisingly easy to have a positive impact.

Imagine the difference we could make if every person at St. Bonaventure wasted just a little bit less each day…
